Payments via Razorpay
We use Razorpay as our authorized payment gateway to securely process payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Card, UPI, NetBanking and wallet details are transmitted directly to Razorpay over encrypted connections and are not stored on Savishty servers.
Refund Policy
- • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed course content or services.
- • No refunds after course completion or 30 days from purchase, whichever is earlier.
- • Refunds (if approved) are initiated within 5–7 business days and may take additional time to reflect as per your bank/card issuer.
- • For duplicate/accidental payments, please write to us; eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- • You can request cancellation before the course/service start date or within 7 days of purchase, provided substantial usage has not occurred.
- • Once services are delivered, sessions are completed, or certificates issued, cancellations are not permitted.
- • Batch rescheduling is subject to availability and does not extend the refund window.
Failed/Declined/Chargeback Transactions
In case of a failed payment where funds are debited, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. For chargebacks raised with your issuer, we will provide necessary documentation to the payment processor; resolution timelines are governed by the issuer/payment network.
How to Request a Refund/Cancellation
Please include your order ID, payment date, and registered email/phone.

- • All refunds are subject to review of account activity and usage.
- • Taxes, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion charges (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
- • Policies are governed by the laws of India; disputes subject to courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
