We use Razorpay as our authorized payment gateway to securely process payments in Indian Rupees (INR). Card, UPI, NetBanking and wallet details are transmitted directly to Razorpay over encrypted connections and are not stored on Savishty servers.
In case of a failed payment where funds are debited, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. For chargebacks raised with your issuer, we will provide necessary documentation to the payment processor; resolution timelines are governed by the issuer/payment network.
